About Blue Diamond
Blue Diamond Studio is owned and operated by Shawn Brown, who has been residing in Virginia Beach, Virginia for the past three years. His love for videography began in Detroit, Michigan in 2004 when he purchased is first camera. Shawn began studying the art of videography as a hobby, which later developed into a passion - a passion so strong that he began excepting jobs from friends and coworkers pro bono. “The money didn’t matter, I just wanted to shoot and edit; it’s fun.”
Today Shawn, along with Blue Diamond’s affiliates, not only have proven to be a true asset to the Hampton Roads area, but have brought a fresh and innovative look to the videograpy industry.
Our Equipment
Every piece of footage in any project is shot in High Definition, wide screen, or 16:9 letterbox format to accommodate the broadcast networks and television manufacturers’ new transition to High Definition. All editing will be done on the latest digital, non-linear editing system so there will be virtually no loss in quality from the original footage to your edited master. We use high quality special effects, and author to DVD or Blu-Ray. We believe in personalized service for all our clients, whatever the budget. Blue Diamond Studio is licensed and insured.
